What an "great" experience! who thought car buying could be enjoyed. Mike Raupp, was able to answer all my questions; his manager came over and introduce himself to us, we feel like we have know these people forever. Once in "Finance" Donna was able to answer our questions about "LEASING" (yes leasing, if you haven't tried it, you need to!) Quickly completed our paperwork at which time, we left in our NEW SUBARU!!
